PROVIDER REGISTRATION VIEW AGENDA

Provider Registration inclusive of licensed physicians and allied health professionals including but not limited to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, pharmacists, physician assistants, administrators, social workers, and office managers in an oncology practice or university; Fellows; Retirees. Provider registrants must not be employed by an Industry company (see below).

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibitor Registration Industry Registration – open only to confirmed exhibitors. A registration link will be sent via email approximately 7-8 weeks prior to the event. Any Industry attendees that register as a Provider will be voided. Please email corporaterelations@oss-oncology.org with any questions.

Industry Registration is inclusive of anyone working for Pharmaceutical, Business Tools/Technology, Diagnostics/Testing and Consulting companies.

This conference will not be holding a room block. To make a reservation please contact the hotel.

Parking:
Self-parking is available for overnight hotel guests in the adjacent Block 9 parking ramp (226 5th St. N.) for a rate of $10 per night. For entry, the hotel recommends using the second-floor skyway that connects directly to the Jasper Hotel. Parking in the Block 9 ramp is free from Friday at 6 p.m. until Monday at 6 a.m.
